I normally don't comment and try to be pretty understanding but my friend and I got the acai bowl which was not clearly not edible by any standard. I understand restaurants have different recipes and ways of preparing acai, and that’s completely fine, but this just seemed stale and poorly stored. The acai was extremely icy, crunchy, and crystalized it was more like shaved ice than acai which indicated that it was most likely melted down and then frozen again The texture and quality were really off and made me question how fresh it actually was. On top of that, it took almost 30 minutes for the bowl to come out despite the restaurant being completely empty. The employees were gossiping about other people, which was a bit frustrating to see while waiting that long. I understand maybe there was invisible work with other items, but it didn't seem like anyone was busy. Overall, I would really recommend to avoid.

Tried the Caesar sandwich at Joe & The Juice and honestly… very disappointing. The bread tasted stale: cold, dry, low quality, and completely lacking that signature rye bread flavor. For the price, the quality just doesn’t match at all. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

As a Muslim customer, I’m very disappointed that you added prosciutto (pork) to your menu. Many Muslim customers avoided places that serve pork because of religious concerns about cross-contamination and preparation practices. I used to enjoy coming here, but now I no longer feel comfortable eating at this location. It’s upsetting to see that loyal Muslim customers were not considered in this decision.

Great open space. Avg music, hip hop oldies not so much. Poorest customer experience is digital menu changing to graphic marketing interrupting my review of menu items = attention friction. We have enough of this in daily life. Don't need more at food place that's supposed to be our escape. Biggest review ding for that and no paper towel in men's bathroom - 1598 access code. Pricing expensive.

I didn’t eat anything to rate it but the smoothie was delicious. It is a bit overpriced for no reason but if you don’t mind spending $3 just for a splash of lemon juice (and I mean literally a splash), then this place is for you. Service was just okay. The person making my drink was very arrogant and not helpful.
